![]() The AP is inconsistent at best, at times I can really punish broadside cruisers but they have to be giving a very flat broadside so I stick to the HE most of the time. What I have taken away from the Brit heavies is they are a fragile budget version of the British BBs in that they are primarily HE spammers, the guns do have a great fire chance after all but lack the range so play carefully. I have only got as far as the Drake so I cannot comment on the Goliath (side note why did WG have to make Goliath so ugly?!) Drake is 10.4 km, Goliath is 11 km, which is jokingly low given it's a massive 11 km chonker with one of the heaviest broadsides of T10 cruisers. T9 and T10 get some of the best cruiser armour at their tier (with really only the Russians being any real competition and even then, superheal) while being flexible with their stupid RN HE.Īlso, if RN CA concealment is horrible, wtf is good concealment? DD-grade? Surrey has a sub-10 km detectability for being a heavy cruiser. Try to not engage BB in the open, everything else at the tier you can just screw over by being way more tanky, with the exception of Graf Spee. T5 has issues with firing angles but easily one of the tankiest T5 cruisers if properly angled. T6 is short ranged, but solid and is a T6 with a heal. How are you supposed to play these ships to get a use out of them?ĭo they get a lot better higher up the tiers? ![]() There is so much bad about these ships, yet supposedly the tier10 is good or something Horrible concealment, bad armor, short range, defaa consumable, slow guns
